All sales made through Seattle Science Foundation (SSF) directly support our nonprofit mission. Due to limited staff capacity, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items purchased, including sale items and gift cards. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@seattlesciencefoundation.org. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right under EU consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that donation-based and nonprofit merchandise purchases may be exempt.
